Why is Annapurna Base Camp Trek the Best?

One of the most popular treks in Nepal is the Annapurna Base Camp trip. The ABC trip is commonly known as Annapurna Base Camp.

The Annapurna trek attracts many trekkers from all over the world due to its international popularity. You can achieve an altitude of 13,549 ft over a 6-day trekking session. Amazingly wide is the trail of the Annapurna Base Camp hike. You will find the most impressive plant and fauna on your way through the Annapurna shrine. The great view from the base camp to the Annapurna mountains is almost breathtaking. Hiunchuli, Machapuchare, and South Annapurna’s view is an eye-watching pleasure.

Jungle adventure

I could say something exceptional about the trail to Annapurna from the first footstep. I had seen my first banana tree staring at this unusual plant until someone pointed at the fruit vine that hangs in the middle. Palm trees combined with falls, ferns, thick moss, bamboo shoots that crisscross the sky, and delicate yet vividly colored flowers flourishing alongside the trail. Sometimes it felt as if we had been hiking through a green tunnel when the trees, wines, and bamboo seemed to all co-ordinate, and only sunshine passed through.

Affordable prices

This is another essential issue if the budget is a concern for you. Annapurna Base Camp is significantly more pleasant for hikers, who are more price-aware, compared to Everest Base Camp. There are three reasons: the location, transport costs and the length of time. With regard to transport, the way to ABC is cheaper because you can approach it via the road. It is really costly. The bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara is quite cheap and a shared taxi can be booked from there to Nayapul, the beginning of the trek. On the other hand, for EBC, the trek starts from Lukla, a settlement without road access that can only be reached via flight. The round trips are about 17,000 INR and 24,000 for members of the SAARC. Hot springs

Although you can theoretically pass through this village on the way up, I suggest you take the Jhinu path from ABC. Perfectly balanced on a wide mountain ridge, Jhinu is the final village in which you stay, before you walk back to culture, the perfect grand finish for an incredibly magnificent week. People glide off the surrounding mountains across the lake, go to the fairground with a wheel, go out at festivals along the lakeside, take part in the souvenir shopping, massage in trekkers’ thermal baths and hide in the corners of local coffee shops. It’s a mixed trip to discover the Himalayas, the natural hot sun, two-day rafting rapids in Trishuli and unforgettable River Bank camping, fresh meals, and unlimited hot drinks from the chef and the Chitwan National Park jungle safari

Pokhara

The nearest town is Pokhara at the start of the ABC trek. From there, take a short cab ride to the village where the path begins and leave – if you can persuade yourselves to leave Pokhara, that is. This city has somehow been able to feel like a resort beside the beach. The mountains next to Phewa Lake snuggled in Pokhara, and you feel like you went to Goa on a trip. There are little boats available for rent and we cannot resist bringing one out of the shore selling cool glad hour beer and barbecued maize and chickens and rushing into the middle of the shore. Pokhara is Nepal’s second most popular tourist town and one of the most popular. Its peaceful environment and the gorgeous countryside are famous. On the banks of Lake Phewa in Pokhara. The World Peace Pagoda on Anadu Hill is one of the most popular activities in Pokhara. We do not necessarily agree with its appeal, while it is absolutely worth visiting (we would certainly prefer a lengthy slow brunch in The Juicery or Phewa Morning Walk!). A one-week holiday to Pokhara normally costs 14,884 NPRs per person. Therefore, it costs about NPR29,768 one week to travel to Pokhara for two individuals.
